A Spark is a unit of work.
Uploading a document is one Spark. Asking The Forge a question is two. A full AI-drafted set of minutes is five. Every Spark is eight cents, the same price, every time, for every organization. A counter in your workspace shows what you’ve used this month.
What each action takes.
Every action costs a small, known number of Sparks. That’s the only variable.

How it settles.

Card on file at signup. Nothing is charged then. You enter the app and start working.

Your counter climbs. Every action adds its Sparks to the month’s total, visible at the top of your workspace.

The first fifty Sparks are on us. Lifetime. One time. A credit applies automatically.

On the first of each month, we charge your card for the prior month at 8 cents per Spark. You receive an itemized receipt.

Cancel any time. A final partial-month invoice runs, and a thirty-day grace period begins with full export access.
